We Are Hiring!

Are passionate about making a difference in the world and eager to help the United States government tackle complex issues?

We are a federal organization located within the United States Department of the Interior, authorized by the government to operate as a shared services provider.

At IBC, we have the distinct privilege of serving all three branches of the federal government. Every day we provide business solutions that enable over 150 federal agencies and organizations to conduct their business.

Embracing our commitment to excellence in every task we perform, our employees are passionate about making a difference in the world and keen to help federal agencies tackle complex challenges.

Shared Services – IBC's Value Add

The adoption of a shared services approach to providing mission support services allows federal agencies to move common administrative operations to a shared services provider that performs those operations for more than one department, agency, or agency unit. This approach standardizes support services, reducing duplication of efforts, improving service delivery, enhancing the customer experience, and saving American taxpayers dollars.

Make a Difference

We invite you to join us on this journey and be a part of an organization that takes great pride in providing shared services to federal agencies in support of their efforts to carry out their missions on behalf of the American people. Together, we can help the United States government tackle complex issues, including outdated technology, redundant process, and constrained resources such as money and time.

To support the scope of our service offerings, our workforce includes several occupations, including accountants, analysts, contracting officers, human resources specialists, payroll professionals, program and project managers.
