​The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is your primary point of contact for the Department-wide Small Business Program.  ​Our small_business_specialists_listing_fy2024.docx   are your direct contact for information regarding present and future solicitations or procurement opportunities. Our Small Business Specialists are positioned throughout our Bureaus to assist you in gaining access to program managers and other procurement decision makers. We recommend that you contact our Small Business Specialists and begin building positive relationships and inquire about procurement opportunities.  Introduce yourself and/or company to our Small Business Specialists  by sending an email or requesting a meeting to discuss your capabilities and how your company can assist their bureau/office and our agency in achieving its mission.  Please ensure that you have a suitable  Sample Introduction Letter To OSDBU Representatives and  Draft Capability Statement Work Sheet  that addresses the need of that bureau or office you are seeking procurement opportunities.
