provides important financial and performance information for the Department of the Interior (DOI).  It is DOI's principal publication to Congress and the American people on the stewardship, management, and leadership of the public funds and resources entrusted to us.  For the 26th straight year, the consolidated financial statements in this report received a clean (unmodified) audit opinion.  The FY 2022 Independent Auditors' Report identified one material weakness and one significant deficiency regarding Controls over Construction in Progress and Entity-Level Controls.  We are committed to continuous improvement of our financial management activities and resolving these issues in FY 2023.
