This page describes self-service options for IIM account holders, including:  

How to access this service

  1. Call the Trust Beneficiary Call Center at 888-678-6836 and follow the prompts for self-service. Self-service is available 24/7/365, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  2. When prompted, provide your account number (10 characters) and the last four digits of your social security number using the keypad on your phone.
  3. To enter letters in your account number, type the corresponding number on the keypad. For example, press 8 for the letter U, press 5 for J, and press 2 for B (see graphic).

Note: If we don't have your social security number on file, you can't use this service. Talk to a beneficiary service representative to add your social security number to your account.

What information is available

You can hear your current account balance and the amount of your last disbursement. You can also check multiple accounts. The information we provide is updated hourly.

Note: To make changes to your account or request a disbursement, you must talk to a beneficiary service representative.

Who can use it

This system is available for IIM accounts that are not restricted or estate accounts.
