Rota Mayor Efraim Atalig discusses efforts to control and prevent the spread of the invasive Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle (CRB) on Rota and ultimately the rest of the Northern Mariana Islands. The CRB has destroyed 20 percent of Guam's coconut trees, and has now spread to Rota, where teams are working hard to prevent it from spreading further.
