Environmental Justice

The Office of the Secretary's Office of Environmental Policy and Compliance (OEPC) provides national leadership and direction in the coordination and development of environmental justice policy and programs. The Department prioritizes a coordinated and unified whole of government approach to environmental justice issues. OEPC provides guidance and leadership for the Department's compliance with the full range of existing environmental justice statutes, executive orders, regulations and other requirements.
