Training

The Departmental Ethics Office offers training programs for all DOI employees to ensure their understanding of their ethical obligations and improve their ability to proactively identify potential conflicts of interest that may arise related to their duties.  Training is required for all new employees and annually for financial disclosure filers, but all employees are encouraged to participate in training sessions at any time to maintain awareness of particular ethics rules and operate at the highest levels of integrity and accountability as a government official.
