Having trouble logging on to DOI Talent?  If you are a DOI employee, contractor or other with a DOI PIV card, please contact the Customer Support Center for instructions.

  • DOI Talent

    DOI Users access DOI Talent, you must be logged into your computer using your DOI PIV card and have an Internet Browser Window open such as Chrome.
  • List of Mandatory Training

    Department of the Interior employees are subject to regulatory and mandatory training requirements. These requirements will change for individuals based on their job duties or position assignment.
  • Skillsoft

    The Skillsoft Online Learning Library offers more than 4,000 online courses to DOI Federal employees at no charge. To find a specific Skillsoft course visit the catalog, https://www2.skillsoft.com/skillport-catalog/ Note: Contractors with RBST duties also have access to the Skillsoft catalog.

    The DOI Talent Program is managed by a Program Manager in the Office of the Secretary in conjunction with Program Leads and/or Data Stewards in each Bureau.
  • External Learners

    DOI offers a limited number of training opportunities to private, state, not-for-profit and other federal government agencies. DOI Talent uses two-factor authentication, in addition to an approved DOI Talent user account, you must establish an additional account in login.gov to access DOI Talent. These are the steps necessary to register for these opportunities. Access the new account request form here.

  • Department of the Interior University

    The Department of the Interior University (DOIU) is the Department-wide training and development organization that delivers various types of learning opportunities to improve individual and organizational development through two divisions: Learning Delivery and Professional Development (LDPD) and the Leadership Engagement and Development Division (LEAD).

    The Federal Consulting Group (FCG) specializes in employee and organizational development, change, as well as strategy execution. FCG works with federal agencies to improve performance and the services they deliver to or on behalf of the American people.
