The Office of Aviation Services (OAS) employs a workforce, predominantly between the GS-7 and the GS-15 grade levels spanning three regional offices and three divisions. OAS headquarters located in Boise, ID along with the Western Regional Office, Technical Services, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, and Aviation Safety, Training, Program Evaluations and Quality Management. The Alaska Regional Office located in Anchorage, AK, and the Eastern Region Office located in Atlanta, GA. 

OAS employs a wide variety of experienced aviation and natural resource professionals that serve the aviation needs of the Department of the Interior including aviation mechanics, trainers, pilot and aircraft inspectors, accident investigators, technical coordinators, uncrewed aircraft systems, and administrative staff.
