O’Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced the unsealing of an indictment charging Jose Farinango Muenala, 45, Casselberry, Florida, with wire fraud, mail fraud, and misrepresenting Indian produced goods. The indictment was returned by a federal grand jury sitting in Madison, Wisconsin, on June 26, 2024.
