Secretary Salazar Leads Delta--Mendota Canal/California Aqueduct Intertie Project's Groundbreaking Ceremony

Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar along with other federal, state and local officials led a groundbreaking ceremony for the Delta--Mendota Canal/California Aqueduct Intertie project in Tracy, California. The project, expected to be completed by 2012, will improve water supply reliability for locations south of the Delta.
