Secretary Salazar hosts OCS listening sessions in Dillingham and Anchorage Alaska

Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar hosted public meetings in both Dillingham and Anchorage Alaska to hear public comment on building a comprehensive energy strategy for the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf. On Monday, the Secretary flew to Dillingham with Alaska Senator Mark Begich where he took questions from local citizens at a town hall style meeting in the Dillingham High School gymnasium. On Tuesday the Secretary was at the Dena'ina Civic & Convention Center in Anchorage, Alaska. He took questions from a panel that included Alaska elected officials.
