Description

Cultural and contemporary hand-carved and engraved Caddo/Spiro Stone Art inspired by ancient artifacts such as ceremonial maces, monolithic axes, bannerstones, boatstones, chunkey stones, and stone effigies (e.g., lizards, fish, turtles, etc.).

I also offer contemporary stone jewelry, including engraved pendants and gorget necklaces that are inspired by ancient pottery, shell, and stone designs. Commissions accepted. Please call, email, or visit website for more details and photos.

Recently, some of my artworks (i.e., monolithic axe and ceremonial mace) were purchased by the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum (Oklahoma City, OK) for their 2021 traveling exhibition Spiro and the Art of the Mississippian World.
