Memo (2023): Waiver of Bi-Weekly Limitations on Premium Pay – Hurricane Hilary

A declaration of emergency was recently declared by the Governors of California and Nevada due to Hurricane Hilary for their respective states. This waiver of bi-weekly pay limitations is effective August 16, 2023. The annual pay limitation, as established in 5 CFR 550.106 and 5 CFR 550.107 remains in effect.
