Chapter 20: OFFICE OF SMALL AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS UTILIZATION

Updates  the mission and responsibilities of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization as follows: (1)  Changes the reporting relationship from the Deputy Secretary to the Assistant Secretary - Policy, Management and Budget;  (2)  Adds responsibility for the administration and implementation of the veteran-owned small business program, and the historically underutilized business zones (HUBZone) program;  (3)  Deletes reference to the Deputy Director;  (4)  Moves the chapter from Part 111 DM, "Other Departmental Offices," to Part 112 DM, "Policy, Management and Budget".
