Chapter 1: Office of the Assistant Secretary - PMB and Chief Financial Officer (5)

Establishes a new Chief Information Officer, who directs the Office of Information Resources Management, reports to the Secretary and receives administrative guidance and support from the Assistant Secretary - Policy, Management and Budget.  Also establishes a new Deputy Assistant Secretary - Workforce Diversity, who supervises the Office for Equal Opportunity.
