    The vision, the mission statement, the core values all came out of a group of people from across the US Wildland fire service.


    Happy to have people from the ground level to the highest level get together and come up with these common standards.


    Took a historic moment to bring folks together into the same room at all levels of the organization.


    Everything from AGS 4 Apprentice all the way up to the Fire Chief, representing all the different functional areas and aspects of fire.


    Four agencies and tribes coming together to build a vision statement and a value statement.


    I mean, the commitment to excellence that the mission statement drives us towards is going to make us successful and make our organization be successful and support others.
