In December 2002, the Department of the Interior published the Implementation Plan for its Strategic Human Capital Management Plan for FY 2003- 2004. The Implementation Plan sets forth the actions, milestones and timelines for accomplishing the goals of the Strategic Human Capital Management Plan.
