Selection of Associate Director for Human Resources
We are happy to announce that Keith O’Neill has been selected as the new Associate Director for Human Resources. His responsibilities include the oversight of the full breadth of IBC's Human Resources services.
Keith is joining us from the U.S. Coast Guard where he served as the Head of the Contracting Activity. Prior to this role, Keith was with the IBC as the HCA and Associate Director for Acquisitions Management in Herndon, VA from 2012 to 2021.
Keith has extensive experience with full cost-recovery at the IBC, as well as leading organizations through transformative change with a focus on driving business results and organizational success. His prior executive experience with the IBC gives him a strong understanding of the role and challenges of leading in a Shared Services environment, and the importance of the work we do for federal customers across all three branches of government.
