Proposed Buy America Waiver Requests, Available for Public Comment

The Department of the Interior has reviewed the following Buy America waiver requests and determined that they appear to meet the legal and policy requirements of Buy America, either in full or in part, as indicated.  They are currently open for a 15 day public comment period. Comments can be sent to DOI_Grants_BuyAmerica_Waiver@ios.doi.gov. Please reference the associated project title in the subject line of the email. Comments received prior to the public comment closing date will be reviewed and considered by DOI.

Multi-Agency Pacific Island Territories BABA Public Interest Waiver This is a proposed five (5) year Multi-agency general applicability/public interest waiver of the Build America, Buy America Act for Pacific Island Territories. Participating agencies include the Department of the Interior; Department of Agriculture; Department of Education; Department of Energy; Department of Housing and Urban Development; Environmental Protection Agency; Department of Commerce; and Federal Emergency Management Agency.  December 11, 2024 December 26, 2024
