Chapter 1: Office of the Assistant Secretary - PMB and Chief Financial Officer (2)

Creates the position of Director of Administration/Senior Procurement Executive who reports to the Deputy Assistant Secretary - Budget and Finance, and moves the Office of Acquisition and Property Management, the Office of Aircraft Services, and the Interior Service Center under the supervision of the new Director of Administration/Senior Procurement Executive.   Incorporates into the DM Secretary's Order No. 3207 which changed the reporting relationship of the Director, Office of Planning and Performance Management from the Assistant Secretary - Policy, Management and Budget to the Deputy Assistant Secretary - Budget and Finance.
