Description
Learn about efforts to connect the American public to the earliest days of English exploration and the many American Indian Tribes encountered by English explorers 400 years ago. Chuck Hunt, Superintendent of the Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Trail, will discuss the natural and cultural resources that supported American Indian lifeways and settlement patterns in the early 17th century and how understanding those resources inform conservation strategies today.

Building Access - All adults must present a photo ID to enter the building. All visitors will be subject to security screenings, including bag and parcel checks.
