DOI Talent Online Module Available for Some New Employees to Complete Initial Ethics Training

Are you new to DOI this year? If so, the Departmental Ethics Office wants to welcome you and facilitate your Initial Ethics Training using our new online module! New employees must complete initial ethics training within three months of their start date. Employees of the Office of the Secretary as well as ASIA; BIA; BIE; BLM; BOEM; BSEE; NPS; ONRR; OST; and SOL can access and complete our new module to meet this regulatory requirement. You should automatically receive an email from DOI Talent confirming your enrollment. You will also have the option to register for an initial ethics training webinar, if you prefer to take live training instead of the module.

Employees cannot self-enroll for this module. If you have questions regarding your participation, you are a new employee in one of the offices listed above but did not receive an email from DOI Talent, or you want to know how to meet the requirement if you are not an employee of any of the offices listed above, please contact the Training, Education and Communications Branch at DOI_Ethics_Training@sol.doi.gov for assistance.
