Compensation (Pay)

This amendment to PB 23-13, Appointments Above the Minimum Rate (Superior Qualifications and Special Needs Pay Setting), is based on the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) final rule for Advancing Pay Equity in Governmentwide Pay Systems that was effective April 1, 2024. This rule prohibits the use of salary history and competing job offers when setting pay.
