Phase IV Early Restoration

The final Phase IV Early Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment was released by the DWH NRDA Trustees on September 23, 2015. The Plan includes 10 projects with a combined cost of approximately $134 million. The Department will lead the implementation of four projects: Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge Trail Enhancement; Seagress Recovery at Gulf Islands National Seashore; Bike and Pedestrian Use Enhancements at Davis Bayou, Gulf Islands National Seashore; and a portion of the Texas Rookery Islands Project.
